Step 1.
Sign up: Apply.
Step 2.
Take an accredited Food Safety Exam.
Step 3.
Get your Certificate for Food Handlers Basic Safety Course.
Pass our Food tasting test for the food of your specialty.
Step 4.
Pick the days that you will cook your special dish. You may cook two days of the week or more. Monday- Sunday.
Order your Afri-Eats Food supplies: Containers and Stickers.
Step 5.
List your Specialty. Name your dish. (Example) Jollof Rice by Agnes k.
Step 6.
Start Selling
Customers will place their lunch or dinner orders one day in advance of your specialty, (Cut-off time will be determined) to allow you to get your ingredients and prepare enough food for your orders.
Use your supply of Afri-Eats Containers for all food delivery. (No Exception) Using generic containers will get you suspended from the program.
Cold or Hot Dishes:
Once your order is complete, Cool the dish according to the safety standard, and prepare for delivery.
If hot always use the safety standards.
Delivering your prepared meal to customers:
Identify the best delivery service in your area for the radius.
Get the food safely to your customer in a timely manner.
